What data do you store?
We don't store your lookup history. Your query is processed in real time and immediately discarded. We only keep basic account info if you create one.
Is this legal to use?
HandleHub uses public data sources and email pattern matching — similar to how a background check or people-search service works. It's legal for personal use. Don't use it for harassment, stalking, or any purpose that violates the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act or local laws.
How accurate is it?
We show confidence levels on every result. High confidence means we found a strong signal. Low confidence means it's a guess. We never claim 100% accuracy — no honest service can.
What happens when I hit my free limit?
You can't do another lookup that month — it resets at the start of the next calendar month. No surprise charges. Upgrade to Pro if you need more.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in, go to settings, click cancel. That's it. We don't hide it in a sub-menu or require a phone call.
